Because

A career expert, not just AI

A real career expert chooses the right roles, builds your strategy, and positions your experience for each opportunity.

Because

A strategy behind every application

Your resume is positioned around what matters for the role not just loaded with more keywords.

Because

Quality over application volume

Your team reviews what's working, refines your targeting, and adjusts the strategy not just sends more applications.

Why Tsenta Gets You Applications, But Not a Better Job Search

Tsenta focuses on speed and volume. But applying to more jobs doesn't mean you're applying to the right jobs or making the strongest case for why you fit them.

First to apply isn't first to get hired

Tsenta focuses on speed and application volume. More applications don't necessarily mean better targeting.

First to apply isn't first to get hired

A tailored resume isn't always a better resume

AI can tailor the resume, but keyword-heavy or generic changes can still require human strategy.

A tailored resume isn't always a better resume

Automation still needs a quality check

Failed applications, incorrect autofill, and weak answers mean the application still needs human review.

Scale.jobs was recommended to me, and it has lived up to the hype. I really appreciated the initial walkthrough call; it made the setup process very straightforward. From the anxiety of losing a job to finally finding one, Scale.jobs was an ideal partner in this process. They made it extremely easy to apply for roles. Their AI-enabled workflow for customizing resumes and cover letters is top-notch. But perhaps the best part of Scale.jobs is the people who apply on your behalf and communicate with you along the way. I would highly recommend!

Scale.jobs is the best in the business of reverse recruiting. They tackle challenges with persistence, empathy, and genuine research, and delivered on their promise — placing 400+ applications on my behalf so I could focus on interview prep. Despite a multi-year career break, I was hired within 3 months even with several constraints I gave them. No service handling the technical nuance and ego of your resume at scale will ever be flawless, but Scale.jobs gets closer than anyone I considered. Highly recommend.

I recently used scale.jobs to help with my job search, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Their team is professional, and they took the time to understand my career goals and preferences. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the resume and cover letters they created for me. Within a short period, I started receiving interview calls from top companies. Associates are from India

They hire India based interns to do the applying who don't even speak english.

    Dec 2025

    Founders Reply

Yes, we do hire associates based in India, including both full-time team members and vetted gig workers. Having a team in India is what allows us to offer this service at around $4/hour. Without that structure, the exact same human-assisted work would cost 4 to 5x more, which would put it out of reach for most job seekers. Every associate goes through multiple rounds of screening, including English proficiency checks, task-specific evaluations, and hands-on training before they ever work on a customer account. While there may have been some difficulty in understanding English, it usually comes down to accent, not an inability to speak the language. I’ve personally gone through this myself. When I moved to the U.S., I struggled for the first few months because of accent differences and even today, I still sometimes struggle with certain European English accents. That doesn’t mean people don’t speak English well; it just means accents take time to get used to. It’s also important to call out a simple reality: this is a human-powered service, not software. Unlike SaaS, where marginal cost is close to zero, human time always has a real cost. At this price point, we genuinely don’t know of any comparable human-assistant service that operates more affordably. If someone is specifically looking for a U.S.-only or locally based assistant team, that’s completely valid but it’s also a different service category, with very different pricing. Scale.jobs is built to balance quality, accessibility, and sustainability, and our team structure is a core part of that balance

    Using AI for Customizing Resumes

They use Gemini/ChatGPT to write the cover letter and tailor resumes. Which doesn't make sense for all jobs.. writing the same content by just changing job title... that any free ai can do it.

    Sep 2025

    Founders Reply

That’s correct and we’re very transparent about it. scale.jobs is a human assistant service, not a career coaching or strategy consulting service. Our assistants are trained to handle the grunt and operational work involved in job applications i.e., sourcing roles, filling out applications, managing data, and ensuring consistency, not to perform high-level strategic judgment or subjective career decision-making. Manually customizing every resume at a deep, strategic level would require a senior career coach or recruiter per customer, which would fundamentally change both the nature and cost of the service. Even then, there’s no objective authority who can say that a specific manual tweak will definitively improve interview chances. At the same time, AI technology has improved dramatically in certain areas and resume tailoring is one of them. We’ve taken a measured, pragmatic approach to AI: we use it where it genuinely adds value and avoid it where it doesn’t. For resume customization specifically, modern AI systems have reached a point where they are highly effective at tailoring resumes to job descriptions, often more consistently and efficiently than humans can at scale. In our experience, this approach delivers better outcomes than manual edits done under time and cost constraints. Importantly, this isn’t something we hide in fine print. We explicitly call this out as “AI Custom Resumes” in our pricing and product descriptions not “Custom Resumes.” We believe clarity upfront is better than surprise later. If someone is looking for fully manual, white-glove resume coaching for each application, that’s a valid need - it’s just a different service category than what Scale.jobs is designed to offer.

Not Issuing Full Refund when canceled

I paid them 1055 USD. I canceled before any work was used I only received $963 USD. As a customer, their internal operating costs are irrelevant to me. When I return an unused product to Amazon or Best Buy, I am not charged 8–9% for payment gateway fees. Passing payment processor costs to a customer who received no service whatsoever is unethical and unacceptable.

    Jul 2025

    Founders Reply

Scale.jobs is a human assistant service, not a SaaS subscription where marginal cost is close to zero. Every new customer immediately triggers real, irreversible work on our side - onboarding calls, payment gateway fees, internal coordination, assigning a dedicated human assistant, and time spent aligning on preferences and expectations. Those costs exist whether a customer stays for a week or a month. We’re also a bootstrapped business, not a heavily VC-subsidized company that can absorb unlimited losses. Our goal is to make job search easier for candidates while keeping the business financially sustainable. That balance matters if we want to exist long-term. For that reason, our refund policy is pro-rated, with a one-time $100 onboarding fee to cover initial setup and operational costs. This policy is placed right next to our pricing section, not hidden in fine print so customers can make an informed decision before signing up. Comparisons to companies like Amazon or Walmart aren’t apples-to-apples. Those businesses operate at massive scale, with diversified revenue streams that offset cancellations and returns. We don’t have that luxury at our current stage and pretending otherwise wouldn’t be honest. For one-time services like LinkedIn Makeovers or Resume Reviews, we clearly state that they are non-refundable. These involve direct, one-off work from experienced career coaches, and once the work is done, the cost is already incurred. We understand refunds can be an emotional topic, especially during a stressful job search. Our aim is not to be rigid, it’s to be clear, fair, and upfront, so there are no surprises on either side.

    Incentivizing Customers for Reviews

They have this thing where they give you 50 credits if you give a positive review on Trustpilot and Google.

    Nov 2025

    Founders Reply

Yes, we did, and we’re open about it. We no longer offer this incentive, but like most businesses, we previously encouraged customers who had a positive experience to share it publicly. The important distinction was how we incentivized them. We didn’t offer cash, gift cards, or Amazon coupons. Instead, we offered additional service credits more of the same service they had already purchased. Customers would only opt in if they genuinely found the service useful enough to recommend. Extra credits wouldn’t have appealed to someone who didn’t see value in the service. From our perspective, the program was simply a way to: -Encourage word-of-mouth -Reward engaged customers -Give customers more value in the same form they originally paid for We weren’t trying to manufacture opinions or buy praise. We offered more of our service to customers who independently chose to share a positive experience. Transparency matters to us, which is why we’re open about this past practice rather than trying to disguise it.

Didn’t receive enough recruiter calls or Land a Job

Even after applying to around 500–600 roles, I haven’t received a single interview or any positive outcome. This has been very disappointing considering the time, effort, and trust I placed in their process

    May 2025

    Founders Reply

Let’s be very clear about what Scale.jobs does and what it doesn’t. We’re not doing anything magical here. We’re not promising jobs, interviews, or shortcuts. What we do is take the time-consuming, repetitive grunt work of job applications off your plate and give it to a trained human assistant, so you can redirect your time and mental energy toward things that actually move the needle: networking, referrals, interview prep, and skill-building.For many people, that shift alone can improve their odds but it’s not a guarantee. The reality is that the job market over the past few years has become highly volatile and unpredictable, with layoffs, hiring freezes, and constantly changing recruiter behavior across industries and geographies. This environment is very different from when we first started . In markets like this, outcomes such as recruiter responses or interview calls can fluctuate wildly, even when the quality, rigor, and consistency of our execution remain the same or continue to improve. Understandably, frustration with poor outcomes sometimes gets directed toward us, even when those outcomes are driven by forces far beyond our control. Here’s what we don’t control: -Hiring cycles and freezes -Recruiter bandwidth and response behavior -Internal referrals or headcount approvals -ATS filtering rules -Timing, competition, or market sentiment -Your Individual strength of profile for the role -Sponsorship Limitations We don’t have leverage inside companies, and we don’t have a magic wand to tilt decisions in anyone’s favor. Results depend heavily on timing, role availability, and an individual’s background, many variables no ethical service can influence. That said, we do take ownership when we make mistakes, miss context, or fall short of our own standards, and we actively correct course when that happens. What we ask is simple: please don’t use recruiter call volume or job offers as the sole yardstick to judge our effort or effectiveness, especially in an unstable market. Our role is to maximize execution quality, consistency, and coverage within real-world constraints, not to promise outcomes that no honest service can truly guarantee.

AI Auto Apply does it for cheap

At $70, tools like jobright.ai already provide auto-apply features along with AI-generated resumes and cover letters.

    Apr 2025

    Founders Reply

It’s a trap!! Run away. Lower cost doesn’t always mean broader coverage or better outcomes. Most AI auto-apply platforms work only on short, one-page applications, typically on ATS platforms like Greenhouse and Lever. That limitation isn’t always made obvious. What is often omitted is that these platforms cannot apply to longer, more complex systems such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and similar enterprise ATS tools. In practice, this means AI auto-apply tools tend to focus on a small slice of the job market—largely early-stage startups and select tech companies while silently skipping a much larger portion of roles, including many positions at Fortune 500 companies and large organizations. As a result: - You may be excluded from a significant number of legitimate opportunities without realizing it - Applications get concentrated into a narrow pool of roles that everyone using the same tool is applying to - Competition intensifies for that limited subset of jobs, making outcomes even more unpredictable The polished UI and “selected roles” messaging can make this feel intentional or curated, when in reality it’s often driven by technical constraints, not strategy.

I've watched a lot of people pay for an AI job-search tool and still spend their evenings applying - into job boards where users report half the "high-match" roles closed a month ago.

Here's the part nobody says out loud: a dashboard cannot tell you your job search isn't working. It can only tell you the number went up. When 200 applications produce nothing, what you need is a person who looks at it with you and changes the plan. Tsenta doesn't have that. It was never built to.

We're not anti-AI - we use it everywhere it's reliable. We're against handing someone a tool and calling it a service. That's why we put a number on it: three qualified interview callbacks in your first 30 days, or we keep working for free until you get them.

This experience was a revelation. I realized that while we can't change the system, we can be smarter in how we navigate it. That's why I started this service – to help others like us escape the job hunt trauma.

We're not just another job application service. We're a team that understands your struggles firsthand. We're here to take the burden off your shoulders, so you can focus on what truly matters – preparing for interviews and building meaningful connections.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, know that you're not alone. And more importantly, know that there's hope. Let us help you regain control of your job search and your future.

Wishing you the very best in your journey,

Tsenta says “Be the first to apply.” But being first doesn't make you the strongest candidate. More applications don't guarantee more opportunities to interview.

scale.jobs positions you to be the one they call. Our career experts find the right roles, tailor your resume, and make sure your experience stands out.

Quick answers to common questions

Tsenta is an AI-powered job search and auto-apply platform. It finds relevant jobs, tailors your resume, answers application questions, and automatically submits applications for you across 19 ATS platforms. It monitors 50,000+ company career pages and is built around applying quickly and at high volume.

If you want more than automated applications, a human-managed job search is the alternative. Scale.jobs assigns you a dedicated human concierge who finds the right opportunities, tailors your resume for each role, reviews the application, submits it, and manages your search end-to-end.

Reverse recruiting is when someone works on your behalf as a job seeker rather than on behalf of an employer - finding roles, preparing applications and applying for you. A traditional recruiter is paid by the company and fills their vacancy. A reverse recruiter is paid by you and works your search.

Tsenta is built around speed, automation, and high-volume applications. Scale.jobs combines application support with human career strategy. Your concierge finds the right jobs, tailors your resume, reviews the application, submits it, and adjusts your search strategy based on what's actually working.

If your concierge doesn't generate at least 3 qualified interview callbacks within your first 30 days, we keep working at no additional cost until you get them. Tsenta focuses on automating applications rather than guaranteeing interview callbacks.

Scale.jobs is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Plans run from $199 for 250 applications to $1,099 for 1,100 applications, with unused credits refunded if you land a job early. Tsenta uses monthly plans based on application volume, with plans ranging from hundreds to thousands of applications per month.

Yes, that's exactly what Scale.jobs is. You can shortlist roles you want or have your team find them for you. A dedicated human assistant tailors your resume, completes the application, submits it, and provides proof of submission.

An onboarding call to understand your background and targets, then you shortlist jobs in one click and your assistant handles the rest - a custom resume and cover letter per role, application submitted on any portal, proof screenshot returned. Your team reviews strategy with you every 15 days and adjusts targeting based on what's actually landing.

Yes. Every application gets a resume written for that specific posting and formatted to parse cleanly through applicant tracking systems including Workday, iCIMS, Taleo and Greenhouse. It's written fresh per role rather than optimised once and reused.
