Scale.jobs was recommended to me, and it has lived up to the hype. I really appreciated the initial walkthrough call; it made the setup process very straightforward. I like how I get to spend time on other things to find a job soon. I also like the work hours of the associate, and how they definitely try to apply within 12 hours of me adding the job

Their job search tools is amazing, the brief you give is what they follow as if you are applying plus their input is experienced. Already landed 4 interviews from the first week.

This type of service is never perfect with all the technical nuance and ego embedded in your resume and your career when tied to scalable process and impersonal handling. Scale.Jobs, despite it's flaws, is the best in the business of reverse recruiting. They tackle challenges with persistence, empathy, and genuine research. They delivered on their promise to me and allowed me to focus on interview prep while placing 400+ applications on my behalf. Despite a multi-year career break, I was hired within 3 months despite limiting them with several constraints. I recommend.

From the anxiety of losing a job to finally finding one, Scales was an ideal partner in this process. They made it extremely easy to apply for roles. Their AI-enabled workflow for customizing resumes and cover letters is top-notch. But perhaps the best part of Scales is the people who apply on your behalf and communicate with you along the way. I would highly recommend!
